School of sociopolitical education

Pathway school sociopolitical training

PRESENTATION

The Sociopolitical Training School proposed for the Varese area at Villa Cagnola in Gazzada is a training opportunity offered:

  • to those who wish to engage at different levels in the service of the common good;

  • to those who want to explore current sociopolitical issues;

  • to those who simply sense that committing themselves to others is a beautiful and demanding challenge and want to question with others, youth and adults alike, on how best to do so in a way that is consistent with their made church journey.

“There comes a time facing the adult world, when one wonders how and where to live the faith, consistent with the journey taken in the Church one feels the need to be more aware and protagonists of the places where life leads one to be. The places of daily living become opportunities to be present with seriousness, responsibility and daring commitment. We believe that today arises from here the first reason to promote paths that, in a different way, help to become aware of how much political life affects us.”

RECIPIENTS

The school is especially for men and women between the ages of 18 and 40, we feel it is important to create new itineraries for living as Christians in the world. But it is also significant not to walk alone, which is why the presence of the “over 40s” is possible riches with the proposal of moments open to all and as far as the school is concerned as auditors, i.e., discreet walking companions
